Kevin Russom is a seasoned homebuilder with nearly three decades of experience in the construction industry. A proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 1997, Kevin earned his degree in Finance before continuing a lifelong path in homebuilding that began in his youth. His father, Bob Russom, a respected custom home builder in the Austin area, introduced Kevin to the craft at an early age.
After graduating from college, Kevin joined his father full-time and eventually assumed leadership of Russom Homes, Inc. in 2008 upon his father’s retirement. Building on that foundation, he co-founded Bee Cave Construction, LLC in 2013 with Cory Bull, further expanding his reach in the custom home market. In 2019, Kevin and Cory partnered with Alan Fudge to launch Alan Dale Homes, continuing the focus on high-end custom homes.
Kevin has built a reputation for excellence in luxury residential construction, specializing in new homes ranging from $1 million to $4 million, as well as high-quality remodels. In 2025, he expanded his vision by founding Twelve Oak Homes, LLC. in the Bryan/College Station area. Just as important to Kevin as the homes he builds are the relationships he forms along the way—he takes pride in building strong, lasting connections with his clients that often grow into friendships and, at times, feel like family.
Outside of work, Kevin values family above all. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Alicia, since 1998, and together they share a deep connection to Texas A&M University. They are proud parents to two sons, Cody (Class of 2021) and Cole (Class of 2027), and grandparents to a future Aggie Class of 2048.
